Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in increasing revenue and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on business goals.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation and customer service skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed.
