Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling site visits, explaining property details to clients, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and digital platforms
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities
• Maintain customer data and update sales reports regularly

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales (preferred)
• Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Willingness to travel for site visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage
