Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Promote and sell domestic packages, accommodations, to meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients (individual/corporate) to understand their requirements.
- Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries and suggest SNEH RESORT tailored to client needs.
- Booking Management: Process reservations accurately using travel booking systems and manage payments.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel products.
- Problem Resolution: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or issues before, during, and after travel
