Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic & results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the clients and driving sales growth.

Experience: 1 to 4 Year

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
• Taking strong Follow ups with clients and handling their queries
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
• Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives
• Develop and implement strategies for new services
• Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals
• Assists in the completion of monthly targets
• Build referral and lead generation network
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Must have skills:

• Minimum 1 year of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field
