Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, sales calling, and supporting business development activities. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in B2B sales and BPO/ITES services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls (domestic / international as applicable) Identify and develop new business opportunities Support new client acquisition and relationship building Explain company services and handle customer queries Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients Required Skills & Qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction Basic knowledge of B2B sales is an added advantage Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment Comfortable with calling and follow-ups Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
