Sales Executive

This is a hardcore sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings.

No operations. No backend work. Only SALES.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh and follow-up travel leads.
• Call potential customers and explain tour packages.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain daily follow-up sheet and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Pitch Fixed Departure & Customized Tours confidently.
• Generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain strong customer relationship until booking confirmation.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (English + Hindi / Marathi preferred)
• Strong convincing & negotiation skills

• Confident on phone calls
• Basic knowledge of India travel destinations
