Role: Sales Telecaller – Personal Loan (B2C Process)

*About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven candidates for the position of Sales Telecaller – Personal Loan. The role involves direct customer interaction and promoting personal loan services through the PFIL Finance mobile application.

If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you!

* Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain personal loan offerings

Guide customers to apply for loans through the PFIL Finance mobile app

Handle customer queries and provide complete loan information

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure successful conversions

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

* Eligibility & Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Sales or telecalling experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication can also apply)

Comfortable using smartphone applications

Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
