Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through site visits, field activities, referrals, and cold calling
- Meet prospective clients at project sites, offices, and customer locations
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly
- Arrange and conduct site visits and follow up with interested customers
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain client data and update leads in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with legal, documentation, and accounts teams for bookings
- Collect customer documents and assist in booking and agreement process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep track of competitors, market trends, and customer feedback
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do field work and travel locally
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
- Key AttributesConfident, presentable, and self-motivated
- Result-oriented with a positive attitude
- Good follow-up and convincing ability
