Sales Executive

Job Summary

Amigos Residency is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell residential properties. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits, and close sales while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential units at Amigos Residency

Handle walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads

Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers

Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers

Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales

Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly

Coordinate with the marketing and documentation team

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Prior experience in real estate sales or field sales is an advantage

Good communication and negotiation skills

Customer-friendly attitude and professional behavior

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work on weekends and holidays if required

Skills Required

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Time management and follow-up skills
