We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead premium retail sales from our Pune showroom.

Role Overview

As the Sales Manager – Retail Furniture (B2C), you will be responsible for driving high-value showroom sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and converting walk-in clients into satisfied customers. This role involves understanding client preferences, offering design-oriented furniture recommendations, and ensuring a seamless buying journey—from consultation to delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities       

Sales & Client Consultation

1.     Engage walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and offer customized furniture and décor recommendations.

2.     Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and guide clients on materials, finishes, and designs.

3.     Conduct on-site or home visits for space assessment and personalized product suggestions.

4.     Achieve monthly and quarterly showroom sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-up.

·       Customer Experience

5.     Ensure every client receives a premium, design-led buying experience aligned with Induscraft’s brand values.

6.     Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and resolve any customer queries or post-sale issues.

7.     Build strong relationships with repeat and high-value clients to encourage referrals and long-term brand loyalty.

·       Showroom Operations

8.     Maintain updated product displays and assist in visual merchandising to highlight key collections.

9.     Prepare daily sales summaries, maintain client databases, and track conversions.

10.  Support the showroom team in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.

Key Skills & Competencies     

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.

·       Excellent understanding of furniture aesthetics, materials, and interior design preferences.

·       Ability to convert walk-ins into high-value sales through product storytelling and design insight.

·       Customer-centric mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for managing leads and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C retail sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury lifestyle products.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in a premium retail setting.
