Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote residential / commercial properties
• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and local networking
• Handle walk-in customers and explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
• Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
• Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Good knowledge of local real estate market
• Comfortable with targets and incentives
• Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)

Profile Experience in residential / commercial property sales
