Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to promote residential / commercial properties
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and local networking
- Handle walk-in customers and explain property details, pricing, and payment plans
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Negotiate deals and close sales as per company targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
- Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Comfortable with targets and incentives
- Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid license)

Profile Experience in residential / commercial property sales
