Job Description: • Direct sales to car service centers, workshops, and retail stores • Generating automobile Car Engine Oil requirements from Garages / Retailers. (Through calls and field visits) • Deal closing ability- right from Marketing, Training, 1st Order sheet of the customer. • Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentive. • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. • Negotiate or Re-orders of Car Engine Oil deals and handle complaints or objections. • Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth. Candidate Profile: • Knowledge and experience of Car engine Oil and field sales experience are must. • Experience must in Automobile Car Engine Oil Sales. • Must be able to achieve monthly value-based targets. • Follow up on potential Leads. • Must be ready to travel out of city also. • Convincing Skills, Confident and good communication • Qualification- Any Graduate • Age Limit- mini 25 to maxi 30yrs • Languages Known- Marathi, Hindi, English
