Sales Executive

•  Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly attitude.

•  Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobiles and accessories.

•  Demonstrate Mobile features and compare different mobiles to support purchase decisions.

•  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•  Maintain product knowledge across various mobile brands and their specifications.

•  Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and that laptops are displayed attractively.

•  Assist in inventory tracking, stock management, and price updates.

•  Process billing and coordinate with backend/support staff as needed.

•  Handle post-sales inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

•  Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and competitor offerings.
