Job Title & SummaryJob Title: Sales Executive – Pressed Steel Radiators

Location: Hadapsar, Pune (office)

Responsible for generating and managing sales of pressed steel radiators to transformer manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, and distributors, ensuring growth in revenue and strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers in India and export markets for distribution transformer radiators.
• Handle enquiries: understand technical requirements, coordinate with design/production, and submit quotations and proforma invoices.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close orders.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to increase repeat business.
• Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for order processing, documentation, and on‑time deliveries.
• Track sales pipeline: enquiries, offers, orders, dispatches, and collections in Excel/CRM.
• Support payment follow-up by aligning with accounts on overdue bills and customer commitments.
• Collect market information on competitors, prices, quality expectations, and upcoming transformer projects.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and monthly sales performance reports for the Director.
• Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred); MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B/industrial sales; experience with electrical / transformer / fabrication industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of transformers, radiators, and technical drawings, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, email, WhatsApp, and basic documentation (quotations, proforma, PO review)..
• Performance Metrics (KPI)Monthly order booking value and number of new customers added.
• Conversion ratio from enquiry → quotation → order.
• On‑time submission of offers and reports.
