Sales Executive

Be responsible for selling of residential/commercial properties as

a part of the sales team. Specific job functions include attending

to walk-in clients, arranging site/sample flat/show flat, visits &

converting prospective clients to sales. Creating broker network &

getting sales through brokers. Getting properties leased out

through the broker network. Create databases of prospective

groups of clients & make outbound calls & presentations to

prospective clients from the databases. Attend exhibitions &

events & book sales & lease of our properties. Assist in all

publicity & marketing activities. Prepare & send sales reports &

periodic MIS. Follow up for payments & assist in getting sales

documentation done.
