Job Description
This is a high-performance field sales role involving direct factory visits, client acquisition, and deal closures for packaging machines and consumables.
This role is NOT for desk sales or passive candidates.
We are looking for individuals who are driven by targets, incentives, and growth.
- 💼 What You Will DoVisit 4–5 factories daily and generate new business
- Identify and approach manufacturing clients
- Understand packaging requirements and propose solutions
- Negotiate and close machine + consumable deals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate leads through field work + online research
