Job Title: Sales Executive (Contract Basis)

Overview:

Hero Fincorp is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team on a

contract basis. As a Sales Executive, you will assist walk-in customers at our showroom and

provide detailed information about our financing services. The goal is to help customers

purchase their desired bikes through our financing options, while ensuring excellent customer

service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers, assisting them with their queries and guiding them

through Hero Fincorp's financing schemes.

 Understand customers' requirements and explain various finance schemes and options

in a clear and understandable manner.

 Help customers with the finance process, ensuring they have all the information needed

to make an informed decision.

 Achieve monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

 Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

 Freshers are welcome to apply.

 Minimum qualification: 12th pass or undergraduate.

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and explain finance options

effectively.

 A customer-centric mindset and an ability to understand and meet customer needs.

 Ability to work towards sales targets and achieve goals in a competitive environment.

Salary:

 Basic salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹14,000 per month.

 Performance-based incentives for meeting sales targets.
