Job Description
- Customer Visits and Relationship Building
- Conduct physical visits to potential and existing customers to demonstrate the value of the IPPT solution.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance brand presence and trust.
- Scheduling Zoom Calls and Online Demos
- Arrange and conduct online meetings, including Zoom calls, to present product features and address customer questions.
- Customize product demonstrations to align with customer needs and expectations.
- Quotation Management and Follow-up
- Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up consistently to address queries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and document all activities, meetings, and client feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, customer feedback, and forecasted sales.
- Market Feedback and Product Improvement
- Gather insights from customer interactions to identify product improvement areas.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and potential enhancements.
