Job Description
- Identify potential customers (corporates, institutions, architects, interior designers, dealers).
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details. Understand customer requirements for office furniture (workstations, chairs, partitions, tables, storage).
- Share product catalog, samples, and solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients for orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the design/production team for project requirements.
- Track order status (production, QC, dispatch) and update customers.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Maintain proper records of meetings, calls, and client interactions
