As we continue to expand our footprint, we're on the lookout for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Business Development Team.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Personally identify and target potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our customized merchandise and corporate gifting solutions.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, providing guidance to the team to ensure cohesive execution.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and provide mentorship to the team on effective client engagement.

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, guiding the team on strategic approaches.

5. Pipeline Management: Oversee and contribute to the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client projects.

7. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership qualities within the sales team, providing mentorship and support to junior team members.


Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
