Sales Executive

Overall

· To prepare & follow-up for the quotations, Work Order follow-up and co-ordination to ensure all the Export orders are dispatched on time.

· Costing co-ordination and execution.

· Daily correspondence with the subsidiary on behalf of HOD. 

Specific 1

· To prepare the quotations / OFM / Follow-up.

· To identify the technical queries in co-ordination with engineering department.

· Follow-up for new orders & quotes.

· Follow-up for the costing requirements with costing department, IED and Engineering.

Specific 2

· Daily correspondence with the subsidiaries.

· Calculation of the order loss, subsidiary business value etc.

· Seal failure follow up with the Design, Service department for the feedback to the Customer

Specific 3

· Follow-up for BOM / Raw material cost / Manufacturing cost for providing the costing.

· Exports payment follow-up.

· Prepare Presentations for half yearly & annual meetings.

· Prepare statistic from archives whenever required.

· Quotation follow-up

· Payment follow-up.

· Preparing monthly prorata reports.

Specific 4

· Co-ordinate with Sales Co-ordination, Design for booking & BOM release.

· Co-ordinate with Materials department for availability of materials.

· Co-ordinate with Production & Q.C. for manufacturing & dispatch.

Specific 5

· Scrutiny of Purchase order and other documents for customer requirement and intimate to the related department such as QC documents, Despatch documents and Design documents.

· Scrutiny of the costing received from costing departments.

· Do any activity as per the instructions of HOD Exports
