Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Company: Pride Realty

Location: [Pune, Mundhwa ]

Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with strong sales skills may apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary Pride Realty is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and closing residential/commercial real estate deals.

  • Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, walk-ins, and referrals
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from Pride Realty’s portfolio
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Handle documentation, booking forms, and coordination with legal/CRM teams
  • Update CRM systems with lead status and customer interactions
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, pricing, and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to work on weekends and attend site visits
  • Preferred Experience Prior experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
  • Experience in channel partner management or direct sales
  • Local market knowledge is an added advantage
