Job Description
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fabrics, sarees, or ready-made garments based on their preferences and budget.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of different materials (silk, cotton, linen, synthetic, etc.) to explain quality and care instructions to customers.
- Sales & Up selling: Suggest matching accessories, linings, or complementary fabrics to increase sales value.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that displays are tidy, fabrics are folded correctly, and the shop floor remains organized and inviting.
- Billing & Inventory: Assist with basic billing procedures and keep track of stock levels on the floor.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor to encourage repeat visits.
