Sales Executive

Job Title: Executive – Solar Finance Department

Department: Solar Finance

Location: Wakdewadi, Pune. 

Job: Full-time (On Role) 

Salary: 18,000 + PF + ESIC + Performance Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

‌Handle customer onboarding for solar finance schemes and loan processing.

‌Assist customers with loan applications, EMI plans, and financing options for solar energy solutions.

‌Coordinate with sales and dealer partners for documentation, eligibility checks, and approvals.

‌Manage loan disbursement, EMI conversion, and repayment follow-ups.

‌Maintain accurate records of customer details, agreements, and financial transactions.

‌Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.

‌Resolve customer queries related to solar finance products.

‌Support in preparing MIS reports and data analysis for management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

‌Knowledge of loan processing/finance operations (preferably solar or renewable energy financing).

‌Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

‌Ability to handle customer queries and documentation effectively.

‌Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM tools.

‌Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.

Qualifications & Experience:

‌Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (MBA/PG in Finance preferred).

• ‌0– 1 years of experience in finance, banking, or NBFC sector (experience in solar/renewable sector will be an added advantage).
