Job Title: Sales Executive


Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles. Candidates with automotive industry experience will be preferred, but applicants from other industries are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth beyond Maharashtra. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


As a part of a new-age and high-growth startup, you will work in close collaboration with industry veterans and participate in various automotive events and seminars, gaining exposure to the latest trends and networking with industry leaders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations, explain the value proposition, and address customer queries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding the business to new regions beyond Maharashtra.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Establish and nurture a dealer/distributor network to support sales growth.
  • Represent NIKOL EV at automotive events, seminars, and trade shows to showcase products and build partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting:Develop and execute strategies to meet annual and quarterly quotas.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine the sales approach.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Leadership qualities, self-motivated, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, meetings, and events.


Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Candidates must either reside in Pune or be willing to relocate).


Compensation: Salary will be based on experience, current CTC, and industry standards.
