About the Job Role:
We need the skills and expertise of an experienced business development / sales person. We want to grow beyond Maharashtra and want someone who will bring new business opportunities, achieve sales. We’re looking for a candidate who is a leader, go getter & good in communication. The candidate will get lots of opportunities to participate in automotive events and synergize with industry colleagues. He or she will work closely industry veteran mentors to achieve the desired metrics.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers, coordinate with team towards goal
- Lead Generation, Cold calling, Product explanation
- Maintaining a sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales target and keeping a good relation with clients
- Deal Closing
- Site visits
- Creating dealer network
- Giving product information, understanding customer requirements, building value statements for customer, customer retention
- Participating in events and seminars
- Handling annual and quarterly quota
- Get to travel, participate in events seminars, and meet new people
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Job Location: Pune, MH
- Candidate's preferred location: Pune (or ready to relocate to Pune)
- Timing: 10am to 7pm
Compensation: Based on Experience, Current CTC and Industry Standard
