Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive with a goal-oriented mindset and a proven ability to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales closing skills, the ability to handle objections, and excellent communication abilities in Telugu. You must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your time and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, and online leads

  Handle customer objections, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively

  Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent customer service

  Prepare and present product/service information clearly to potential clients

  Document customer interactions, leads, and sales updates in the CRM system

  Provide market feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  Proven track record of hitting sales targets or quotas

  Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

  Fluent in Telugu (spoken and written); other languages like English/Hindi are a plus

  Excellent communication and active listening skills

  Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools

  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
