Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Ashiyana Realtors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing residential/commercial property deals. You will act as the primary point of contact between the company and potential buyers, ensuring a seamless property-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing platforms and convert them into successful sales.

• Site Visits: Conduct professional site tours, explaining project features, amenities, and USPs to prospective clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners (brokers).

• Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations and guide customers through the booking process, documentation, and payment milestones.

• Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and local pricing in the Pune region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: 12 or Graduate

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate sales or high-value retail sale

• Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (to better connect with local clientele).

• Personality: Highly motivated, persuasive, and able to work under pressure to meet monthly targets.

• Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for frequent travel to project sites.
