Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Professional, based in Pune. The role involves assisting clients throughout the buying and selling journey of real estate properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property demonstrations in your zone, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored property solutions.

The position requires staying up to date with the local real estate market, effectively negotiating deals, and closing transactions. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, along with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, is a critical aspect of this role.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage outbound/inbound phone conversations with clients
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales within the defined sales cycle
  • Engage and nurture leads via Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Coordinate site visits and support the closure process
  • Track and improve individual performance metrics such as:
  • Conversion ratio
  • Average revenue per sale
  • Overall revenue generated
  • Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong ability to deliver compelling sales pitches
