Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our Business Coaching Programs. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting discovery and sales calls, nurturing prospects through consistent follow-ups, and converting them into paid clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, relationship-focused, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable engaging with business owners. This role requires professionalism, trust-building, and value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate & qualify leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, and outreach

• Conduct discovery / sales calls with business owners

• Present coaching programs clearly & confidently (no hard selling)

• Handle objections & ensure disciplined follow-ups

• Schedule clarity / strategy calls with Founder

• Maintain CRM & pipeline tracking

• Support enrollments & payment coordination

• Build strong trust-based relationships

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of Proven Experience in sales / inside sales / business development

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Comfortable with calls & follow-ups

• Self-driven, disciplined & target-oriented
