Sales Executive – MICE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive – MICE to generate business for corporate events, conferences, and group travel. The candidate should be skilled in client acquisition, proposal building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for MICE business (corporate groups, events, conferences)
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and agencies
• Understand client requirements and create customized proposals
• Coordinate with operations team for costing and execution planning
• Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
• Maintain database of clients and track sales pipeline
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in MICE sales / travel sales
• Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of destinations and event planning
• Target-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
