·        Source salaried personal loan (SALPL) leads through data calling

·        Engage with potential customers and understand their financial needs

·       Clearly explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and required documentation

·       Convert leads into successful sales

·       Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
