Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales Head will lead and scale the Pune sales operations, drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and strengthen client relationships across residential and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for the Pune region
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage on-field and inside sales teams
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for lead conversion
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • RequirementsProven experience as Sales Head / Regional Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Deep understanding of Pune real estate or construction market
  • Ability to scale teams and systems from ground level
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
