Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead and drive revenue growth for our earthing and electrical product portfolio. The role involves developing sales strategy, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving annual revenue and profitability targets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team (BDMs, regional managers, etc.).
• Expand business in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, government, and electrical markets.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and distributors.
• Oversee key account management and major project closures.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM and MIS reporting.
• Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Management for smooth order execution.
• Drive profitability through pricing strategy and cost control.
