Job Description
- Achieve primary sales targets as per KOEL guidelines.
- Set and monitor secondary sales targets for the internal team.
- Increase CRI and market penetration.
- Plan activities to re-engage inactive customers.
- Review and monitor team performance regularly.
- Ensure timely payment collections.
- Implement and drive incentive policies.
- Maintain strong coordination between dealers and KOEL.
