Job Description:

Ashtekar Construction is seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead and manage the sales activities for our residential construction project near Shanti Nagar, Kondhwa. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling residential properties and handling clients from local communities at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the on-site sales operations for residential projects.

Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and local community clients.

Present and explain project details, pricing, offers, payment plans, and documentation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with construction, CRM, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Maintain accurate sales reports, follow-up records, and customer data.

Ensure excellent customer service and a transparent sales process.

Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate

Age: 40 to 50 years

Languages Preferred: Marwari, Jain, Gujarati, Hindi

Experience:

Must have 10+ years of experience selling residential real estate projects.

Should have worked with local community clients at construction sites.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Field work and active client follow-up is mandatory.

Candidate must own a vehicle (Two-wheeler preferred) for field visits.

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off
