Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth Strategy

Design and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate topline growth across KRA’s retail network.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating sales growth strategies at brand level

• Designing customer reactivation frameworks

• Developing repeat purchase and retention programs

• Identifying new revenue opportunities within existing customer base

• Driving category-led growth strategies (bridal, mangalsutra, diamond, gifting)

• Designing festive and seasonal revenue acceleration strategies

2. Customer Reactivation & Retention Strategy

One of the biggest growth opportunities at KRA is customer lifetime value expansion.

The Sales Head will design strategies for:

• Reactivating dormant customers

• Improving repeat purchase frequency

• Designing loyalty and engagement programs

• Leveraging CRM data for targeted sales campaigns

• Building customer lifecycle marketing in collaboration with marketing teams

3. Store Sales Performance Strategy

Instead of running store operations, the focus will be to improve sales performance across the network.

Key focus areas:

• Improving conversion ratios across showrooms

• Increasing average bill value

• Designing high-ticket sales frameworks

• Improving store-level revenue productivity

• Creating structured sales frameworks for bridal and high-value categories

4. Founder Partnership

This role will work very closely with the Founder and Director to shape the future of the brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating vision into actionable growth strategies

• Building strategic revenue plans

• Identifying market expansion opportunities

• Driving new initiatives to unlock growth

5. Sales Strategy Execution Through Teams

While strategy will be designed by this role, execution will be done through:

• Showroom managers

• Sales advisors

• Operations leadership

The Sales Head must be able to align teams, guide execution, and ensure strategies translate into measurable results.
