Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Intern at Macstation, you will be responsible for:

Customer Interaction: Assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right Apple products.

Sales Support: Support the sales team in pitching products, preparing quotations, and closing leads.

Product Demonstration: Provide hands-on demonstrations of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories.

Lead Follow-Up: Contact potential customers, explain offers, and maintain follow-up communication.

Store Coordination: Support daily store operations such as product display, inventory checks, and documentation.

Brand Knowledge: Learn and explain key features, benefits, and differences between Apple models (new & refurbished).

Reporting: Maintain sales logs and assist in preparing daily/weekly performance reports.
