  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales GrowthIdentify new business opportunities and generate quality leads from corporate clients.
  • Pitch company services to HR, Admin, and Procurement departments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • 2. Client ManagementUnderstand client requirements and provide customized transportation solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Ensure excellent service satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • 3. Market Research & StrategyTrack market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
  • Develop sales growth strategies for new markets and sectors.
  • Share suggestions and improvements with management for service enhancement.
  • 4. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with operations and fleet teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales pipelines efficiently.
  • 📚 Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of corporate sales experience (transport industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
  • Prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
