- 🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales GrowthIdentify new business opportunities and generate quality leads from corporate clients.
- Pitch company services to HR, Admin, and Procurement departments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- 2. Client ManagementUnderstand client requirements and provide customized transportation solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Ensure excellent service satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
- 3. Market Research & StrategyTrack market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates.
- Develop sales growth strategies for new markets and sectors.
- Share suggestions and improvements with management for service enhancement.
- 4. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with operations and fleet teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Use CRM tools to track sales pipelines efficiently.
- 📚 Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of corporate sales experience (transport industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Prior B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.
