Job Description: Sales Manager (Inside Sales)

Location: Pune (Swargate)

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Inside Sales

Managerial Experience: Minimum 2 years

Responsibilities:

>Lead, mentor, and manage an Inside Sales team of 30–40 executives to ensure consistent performance and productivity.

>Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through effective monitoring and team motivation.

>Oversee attrition and shrinkage, implement strategies to maintain team stability, and ensure smooth operations.

>Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs to enhance team capability.

>Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance insights to senior management.

>Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and support overall business goals.

>Maintain a healthy work environment by addressing team issues, resolving queries, and boosting team morale.

Requirements :

>Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales.

>At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

>Proven experience in managing a large team (30–40 members).

>Strong understanding of sales metrics, target achievement, and team operations.

>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

>Ability to handle high-pressure environments and drive performance.
