Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to manage and lead a high performing Sales Executive team of 20–30 members. The role involves driving team performance, monitoring conversions, training, reporting, and directly contributing to sales, preferably in finance, investment, or insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–30 telesales executives

• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and team performance

• Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports; ensure CRM accuracy

• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively

• Support the team by taking follow-up calls and closing sales

• Actively participate in sales calls alongside the team to drive results

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader / BPO Team Leader

• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ members

• Experience in finance, investment, or insurance sales preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven and able to perform under pressure

• Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and performance tracking
