Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending 5 to 8 Customers and generating minimum 2 prospects on daily basis.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Conduct regular training and workshops for PCHFL staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, (Fresher’s will also be considered with good communication skills and zeal to achieve attitude).

Key Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
3. Knowledge of insurance products and banking operations is an advantage.
