Job Title: Sales Manager – Fitness Industry Nitrro Zone 360 Fitness Location: Balewadi, Pune.

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years (Fitness / Wellness / Branded Services preferred)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow membership sales for our branded fitness gym. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the fitness or service industry, excellent team-handling capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets through memberships, personal training, and corporate tie-ups.

  • Key Responsibilities Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, PT, and add-on services
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales & front desk team to maximize conversions
  • Design and execute sales strategies, promotions, and local marketing campaigns
  • Monitor daily enquiry flow, follow-ups, walk-ins, and conversions
  • Ensure 100% lead management discipline (CRM, calls, WhatsApp, walk-in tracking)
  • Handle corporate memberships, B2B tie-ups, and institutional sales
  • Analyze sales performance reports and present insights to management
  • Work closely with marketing team for lead generation & brand visibility
  • Ensure premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
  • Resolve escalations related to sales, memberships, and customer objections
  • Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of fitness industry sales cycles
  • Proven ability to close high-value memberships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Team leadership and performance management skills
  • Data-driven approach with strong reporting & forecasting ability
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales dashboards
  • High energy, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 5–10 years of experience in sales (fitness / wellness / hospitality preferred)
  • Prior experience in branded gyms or premium service brands is mandatory
  • Experience handling team targets of ₹15–30+ lakhs per month is a plus
  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
