Job Title: Cluster Head

Role Overview,

As Cluster Head, you will lead a sales vertical managing 5 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and a portfolio of 20-25 real estate projects. You are responsible for driving revenue, project liquidation, and team productivity within your assigned geographic territory.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 5 ASMs to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee sales strategy and execution for 20-25 residential projects.
• Revenue Growth: Own the cluster P&L; drive lead conversions and site visit-to-closure ratios.
• Developer Relations: Coordinate with builders to ensure project inventory and marketing support.
• Reporting: Track daily sales metrics and team performance via CRM.
• RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in Real Estate sales, with at least 2+ years in a team handling role.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of managers and handle large project volumes.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and CRM proficiency.
• Education: Graduate/MBA preferred.
