Job Description

Purpose Of this Role:

The Bancassurance Sales Executive is responsible for driving life/general insurance business through bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.


Main Responsibility:

  • Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank managers and staff
  • Identify potential customers from bank database and walk-in clients
  • Explain insurance products (Life / Health / General) to customers
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Support bank staff with product training and sales assistance
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely policy issuance
  • Provide post-sales support and customer service
  • Maintain MIS, daily activity reports, and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with IRDA and company guidelines
