Job Title: Showroom ManagerRole SummaryThe Showroom Manager is responsible for the daily operations, sales performance, and aesthetic standards of the showroom. You will lead a high-performing team to exceed sales targets while ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional brand experience. This role requires a blend of creative visual merchandising, analytical sales tracking, and strong people leadership.

• Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Performance ManagementTarget Achievement: Set, monitor, and smash monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Lead Conversion: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and product demonstrations to final negotiation and closing.
• Reporting: Analyze daily/weekly sales data and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Ensure the team maintains an up-to-date database for follow-ups and long-term client retention.
• 2. Showroom Operations & AestheticsVisual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom layout is visually stunning, products are correctly tagged, and displays align with brand guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse/suppliers for replenishments, and conduct regular audits to minimize "shrinkage."
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness, lighting, and general upkeep of the showroom to maintain a premium environment.
