Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the construction scaffolding sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting scaffolding solutions to contractors, developers, and construction companies.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Field Sales Executives
• Identify high-potential markets and key accounts in infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders—contractors, developers, and procurement heads
• Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closures
• Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
