Hiring: Showroom Sales & Client Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey — from walk-in inquiry to project handover — ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and high conversion rates.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Showroom Sales & CRM Manager specializing in Modular Interiors. The Showroom Sales & CRM Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, provide excellent customer service, build client relationships, and drive sales. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the design and project management teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to effective sales strategies and customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Attend showroom walk-ins and exhibition leads
✔ Understand client requirements (Kitchen, Wardrobes, Vanity, TV Units etc.)
✔ Present designs and explain brand USPs
✔ Coordinate with design, factory & installation teams
✔ Maintain and update CRM regularly
✔ Track leads (Hot / Warm / Cold) and follow up systematically
✔ Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
✔ Ensure smooth execution till handover
✔ Maintain premium customer experience
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years experience in modular kitchen / interior sales
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Good understanding of customized furniture
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic design understanding is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Market Segmentation skills to identify and target potential customer bases
- Effective Communication and Analytical Skills to interact with clients and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate activities between teams and manage timelines
- Customer Relationship Management experience is an advantage
- Prior experience in the modular interiors or related industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
Performance Expectations:
- Strong follow-up discipline
- High lead-to-conversion ratio
- Monthly revenue target achievement
- Zero lead leakage through proper CRM management
