1. Lead Management & Client Engagement

• Generate and nurture leads: Utilize CRM tools and marketing campaigns to generate new leads.

• Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Execution & Site Management

• Conduct Site Visits: Arrange and lead property tours for clients, providing comprehensive property information.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and property demonstrations.
