Job Description- Sales Manager (Domestic Market)

and non-IT domains, delivering customized value to their businesses. 


Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd in Pune. The Sales Manager 

must have 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, deal closing, proficiency in English and business 

development activities daily. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. 

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking. 

• The Sales Manager will be working on behalf of TSL's client to close deals. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. 

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. 

• Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation efforts. 

• Support TSL's client by helping them close deals and achieve sales objectives. 

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. 

• Travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. 


Qualifications: 

• Minimum qualification graduate, BBA, MBA (Marketing) 

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology sector. 

• Strong knowledge of laptops and desktops. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong negotiation and closing skills. 

• Willingness to travel as needed.
