Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- Manage and operate the Canopy desk/stall (Enquiry Booth), serving as the first point of contact for all walk-in and scheduled inquiries ( In Mall, Societies, Near Colleges, etc.)
- Responsible for guiding prospective students/parents through each step of the inquiry process and actively converting inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication, follow-up, and support.
